1. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our U.S.-based warehouses and fulfillment partners.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and order volume.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We're working on expanding soon!
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
If you need help, email us at contact@aurelyah.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist you if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
contact@aurelyah.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll take care of it right away.
7. I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
Please check your tracking number.
If it’s been more than 10 business days and there’s no update, reach out to us.
We’ll help you track it down.
